Elle vise à démontrer que le marché du Cloud pour les PME possède de nombreuses opportunités pour les fournisseurs de services basés sur Microsoft. Pour Monsieur Gallois, le « choc de compétitivité » ne semble pas avoir besoin de Cloud Computing mais voici un rapport néanmoins intéressant et nécessaire.

Pour les insomniaques ou les curieux, une autre saine lecture : le rapport de l’IGF (Inspection Générale des Finances) sur l’économie numérique. Ce rapport est passé pratiquement inaperçu car il n’a pas bénéficié de la même communication que le rapport Gallois paru à la même période. Il mérite pourtant toute notre attention.

This study addresses the challenges raised by the growing reliance on cloud computing. It starts by investigating the issues at stake and explores how the EU is addressing the identified concerns. The study then examines the legal aspects in relation to the right to data protection, the issues of jurisdiction, responsibility and regulation of data transfers to third countries. These questions have been neglected in EU policies and strategies, despite very strong implications on EU data sovereignty and the protection of citizens’ rights.
